Rare Candid Photo Marilyn Monroe Club Mocambo Hollywood Liberace Gloria Swanson
These are four different photos on one 8"x10" sheet and come from a private owner's collection. Her grandfather, an encyclopedia salesman, had the same pot dealer as actor, Andre Phillipe, the man featured in each of the photos. The owner of the photos knew him as "Uncle Andre". He would play the piano in their living room and have her sing and perform along with him. Phillipe recently gained notoriety after being mentioned in the documentary Sid and Judy about Judy Garland as well as the Los Angeles Times article regarding the documentary.

Bottom Left: Andre Phillipe, Liberace and woman (Not sure who she is though she looks very familiar)

The owner believes the photos were taken at Club Mocambo, a popular celebrity hangout during that time.
